一、产品概述Product Overview

液压安全阀是安装呼吸阀储罐上配置的安全阀门，当呼吸阀出现故障或不能有效启动，储罐内外压力失去平衡超过规定值，液压安全阀将自动启动工作，保护储罐不被破坏；与呼吸阀配套使用，有着双保险保护储罐作用；液压安全阀应与同规格阻火器配套，特别适应北方寒冷气候地区使用，广泛应用于油田、石化厂、油库等储存原油、汽油、煤油、柴油、芳烃等液体介质的储罐。

二、主要用途Main Use

1、液压安全阀是（活瓣式）呼吸阀的安全备用设备，它的吸气和呼气的动作压力略高于（活瓣式）呼吸阀，在呼吸阀一旦失灵或在冬季其活瓣冻结时，液压安全阀的液封即被破坏从而保护油罐免遭破坏。

2、液压安全阀装于油罐顶部与呼吸阀配合使用。

3、控制压力：+200毫米水柱至~-45毫米水柱。

三、安装事项Installation Item

1、液压安全阀应示意图进行安装，保证安全阀对接合管法兰垂直，垂直度允差应小于50。

2、安装液压安全阀之前，先对液压安全阀进行检查，用溶剂洗擦灰尘和其它粘性物质；

3、液压安全阀安装的法兰标准及压力如下：PN0.6MPa.JB78-59。

4、液压安全阀安装完毕后，摘下阀罩，在集油槽内注入变压器油，保持液面与溢流管顶平。

四、维护保养Maintenance

1、设备保养人员在储罐每次收或发作业前应认真检查液压安全阀的油位标准，及时补油；

2、一般一年应清洗一次液压安全阀的集油槽并更换新的液压油。

3、为确保储罐的安全，注入的液压油油位尺显示不可大于60mm。

4、至少三个月检查一下阻火器，将阻火器网上的灰尘及铁锈清除清洗干净，避免阻火网堵塞，造成液压安全阀失效，储罐被抽瘪事故发生。
