阻火器描述

管道阻火器是适用于石化、化工、轻工业等行业的可燃气体输送过程中的安全装置。我厂生产制造的管道阻火器是经过严谨的阻火理论设计和精密专用的机械设备加工制造而成的。根据阻火性能和阻火等级可分为阻爆燃型和阻爆轰型两大类。

结构设计 Structural Design

产品由芯件和壳体两部分组成，芯件是核心，是由两层超薄的不锈钢带，一条被压成波N形，另一条平面钢带则将它围绕圆心紧紧缠绕而成。从而构成无数个端面，是小三角形直通流道，而且在芯件内部有一个十字结构的支架（或在表面压上Y形架）借以增强芯件的牢靠性，避免芯件被点燃的介质所产生的爆炸压力冲散。介质从三角形狭道中通过，阻火器也正是通过它来阻止火焰在管道中的蔓延，其原理为“器壁效应”，就是火焰雨器壁的碰撞进行能量转换，降低了温度。从此原理来设计三角形孔的高度阻止火焰的通过。再加上足够的流道长度来吸收火焰的热量，使其在芯件中熄灭，避免了气体在芯件的另一端被复燃的可能性。

概述：阻火器是安装在石油、化工、化纤储罐顶上，与呼吸阀、呼吸人孔、通气孔配套使用的安全产品。其功能能为允许气体通过，对火焰起到阻止、窒息的作用。

安装与维护 Installation And Maintenance

管道阻火器与管路连接可水平安装也可垂直安装。定期检查，一旦发现堵塞，应用高压蒸汽、压缩空气或有机溶剂清洗，如发现芯件机械性损坏或介质腐蚀后，应立即更换。
